How do I create an account?
Account features and sign-in methods vary by app. If your app offers account creation, use its sign-up screen. An account for one app may not work in another. If you need help signing in, email support@quantrolix.ai with the app name; do not send your password.
How do I reset my password?
If your app offers "Forgot Password," use that option with the email address for its account. If the option is unavailable or you do not receive a reset message, email support@quantrolix.ai with the app name. Do not send passwords or reset links.
How do I cancel my subscription?
For an Apple-billed subscription, use your device's Apple subscription settings. For a subscription billed by another provider, use that provider's billing instructions or contact support@quantrolix.ai with the app name and billing provider. Do not send payment details.
How do I delete my account and data?
Deletion controls and stored data vary by app. Use the in-app account-deletion option where available, or email privacy@quantrolix.com with the subject "Account Deletion" and the app name. See our Privacy Policy for the applicable deletion process, retention details, and request handling.
How do I request a copy of my data?
Email privacy@quantrolix.com with the subject "Data Export Request" and the app name. The available data and export format depend on the app. See our Privacy Policy for access and portability request details.
Which platforms are supported?
Supported devices and platforms vary by app. Check the app's App Store listing for current iPhone, iPad, or Mac availability and system requirements.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email support@quantrolix.ai with the app name, a description of the issue, and steps to reproduce it. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
